KITCHEN DWELLER
STUBBORNLY ANALOGUE SINCE 2005

I’ve been reliably informed that Art Brunell (previously known as Acid Quiff) , the man responsible for the tape i'm currently listening too is a mate of the dude from Ceephax Acid Crew. The tape case for 'Acid Adventures' is one of those sweet padded jobbies that game companies like U.S Gold and Elite used to use to put their games in, back in the day. Funny that 'cause the first few minutes of this nutty acid improv workout sound like a U.S Gold game loading on a Spectrum...coincidence? Who knows. Anyway, Tom Jenkinson's half cousin can do what the hell he likes! If he wants to blaze some mutant synth solo over moody C64 inspired adventure game music, leave him be. If he wants to drop some effected percussive chimes over what sounds like an out take from the Tetsuo soundtrack, let him do it. If he wants to re-write the soundtrack to Super Cars II, let him have a go. If he wants his tape to look like a shonky piss-take of a Calvin Johnson album cover then humour the guy, it'll be worth it cause 'Acid Adventures' is fucking genius! It's a mad cut and paste freestyle jam where anything goes and cheeky morsels of sound lurk on every corner, ready to strike. I don't know how it's been produced but it sounds home grown and analogue as fuck. Inventive an inspired stuff if you love video games, the intensity of amusement arcades and hanging out with with Richard D. James twin dad! You need a tape player to play this tape.....so get one or you'll be missing out on the weeks best release. It's a C60 special yo! I need to seek out some Acid Quiff material now!

NORMAN RECORDS

Quite possibly one of the last releases that we'll ever see on this, sadly defunct, little audio format. 'Acid Adventures' is (C)60 minutes of pure 303 abuse that ranges from industrial strength, Aphex mayhem; old school Chicago warehouse style to tongue-in-cheek Ceephax tomfoolery! Presented in a limited edition 'clam-shell' style box for all you 8-bit, C64 video game freaks!

BLEEP

Something for the upcoming tropical oddychového weekend? Then try to be companion siblings Andy (Ceephax Acid Crew) and Tom (Squarepusher) Jenkinson Art Brunell, more widely known Acid Quiff project.

Current Acid Adventures hold in your right hand, left hold any of the four AA-size batteries supported Walkman stiskněne PLAY (p), carefully attach a (l + p) nedržící foam on the ear headphones, and Revel in your mind where superheated past (James Lynx). Moreover, if we have func REPEAT, waste half an hour after the production and the necessary removal of (l + p), rotation (p) and subsequent insertion (l + p) played one of the 250 (plus PLAY, p) cartridges.
Absolutely refreshing GREAT!
